Friends of the Delafield Public Library Spring Book Sale/Perennial Swap The spring book sale is a chance to stock up on summer reading material and support the library at the same time. Thousands of used children’s books, fiction and nonfiction adult and teen books, large print books, videos and books on cassette will be on sale from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday May 10th. The sale will be held in the lower level of the Chamber of Commerce Building at 421 Main St. The sale is a chance to stock up on summer reading material and support the library at the same time. If you have large quantities of materials to donate, please call the library at 646-6230 before bringing them over. Donations of children’s books are especially welcome. The library will not accept textbooks, magazines or Reader’s Digest condensed books. Arrangements can be made to drop donations off at the chamber building. The last date to donate materials for this sale is Saturday April 26th. One of the goals of the Friends of the Library is to raise funds to purchase items for the library that are not in the budget. Gardeners can get a jump on their planting by bringing a perennial to swap. Dig up your extra plants, attach a name label to each and exchange plant for plant. Experience "Timeless Style" when you visit Historic Downtown Delafield during Spring Gallery Night. Talented artists and artisans will showcase their work at local shops. Free shuttle busses will help event-goers travel to all participating shops. Enjoy food, music, and great art while you experience all that Delafield has to offer. The Tourism Council invites you to attend the monthly meeting held at the Delafield Fish Hatchery. The meeting begins at 7:00 AM and is open to the public.

All Chamber Members are welcome to attend monthly Chamber Board meetings, held on the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 AM at the Delafield Fish Hatchery.
