General Information

Delafield Brewhaus offers stunning views of the rolling hillside and area lakes.  The Brewhuas opened on May 3, 1999.  The building, with its impressive structure, artistic stain glass windows and high ceilings creates a comfortable atmosphere that anyone will enjoy.  The brewery is centrally located with the dining room and bar surrounding the large beer tanks, totaling 12,000 square feet with every seat in the house designed to view the brewery.  Once inside your attention will be focused on a large museum collection of antique beer items that will take you back in time.  The largest of the antiques are the huge oak barrels, which date back to 1897, crafted in Milwaukee by Dunck Tanks Works.  The antique barrels are incorporated in the Wood Stone pizza oven and two distinct openings for the private barrel rooms.
