Nashotah House
Founded
in 1842 as a mission to the frontier and incorporated in 1847 by a
provisional legislature of Wisconsin as a "college of learning and piery",
Nashotah House is a theological seminary of the Episcopal Church for men
and women in ministry. Continuing education of the clergy, and the
education and training of persons for other forms of ministry, both lay
and ordained, provides the basis for success. Nashotah House Seminary
offers a self-guided walking tour of the historic campus. The brochure
"Welcome to Nashotah House" will guide you through the history and sites
of Nashotah House. Personalized group tours and information are also
available through the Development Office.
